Philosophy:  Design is a means to address the needs and desires we have to make a more accommodating environment.  Everyone is included in this process, from designers and companies, to the end users and ultimately the sector of waste management.   Therefore, these things that we materialize for the purpose of providing support to us in our lives inevitably become our responsibility to look after.  The nature of this symbiotic relationship generates complex emotions that make us become sentimental to those things. To that end, it is the designer’s job to help foster good, long-lasting sentiment by creating useful and beautiful things that serve us well, so that we can truly make a positive impact on our environment.
